Ethical Framework

Integrity as a Core Standard

Our conduct is governed by the global ethical standards of IFAC, NOREA, and ISACA. We operate as a trusted partner, ensuring that every certification decision is based on objective evidence and absolute professional integrity.

Impartiality

To maintain the highest level of trust, we operate under strict independence protocols:
Separation of Functions: We never provide both consultancy and certification services to the same organization.
Financial Independence: We maintain a diversified portfolio to prevent dependence on any single client.
Conflict Management: All personnel must disclose interests before an assignment. Any ancillary roles require Director approval.
Internal Governance: Decisions are decoupled from the audit team and governed by an independent Commission.

Responsibility

A successful management system is a collaborative effort with clearly defined roles:
Client Role: The organization is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of their management system.
Our Role: We collect and evaluate objective evidence. The Certification Commission makes the final decision on grant or renewal.
Nature of Audit: Based on systematic sampling. It provides high-level assurance of conformity, not a 100% compliance guarantee.

Transparency

Openness is essential to the credibility of the certification ecosystem:
Verification: Timely public access to certification status (grants, suspensions, or withdrawals).
Disclosure: Providing access to non-confidential audit conclusions to stakeholders when appropriate.
Process Integrity: Full transparency regarding our methodology, rules, and procedures.

Competence

We only accept assignments where technical competencies are fully met. If internal expertise is unavailable, we engage vetted external experts who endorse our ethical standards. If competence cannot be guaranteed, the assignment is refused.

Reporting

Reporting If any stakeholder perceives a threat to our independence or professional judgment, we encourage immediate reporting to the Director.
